Elite Home Staging: Biography

After 19 years of combined real estate/ design experience David Bowles and Michael Verdugo have realized the necessity for home staging when selling or leasing real estate. Elite Home Staging encompasses the passion, knowledge and talent of two individuals which is greatly needed in the South Florida market place today.

David has been leasing, selling, managing, renovating and staging, collectively, for over 9 years now and noticing how the idea of staging has progressed.

“Being a former Realtor in Pennsylvania and advising my clients regarding preparations for sale has certainly opened my eyes to the importance of staging and the fact that it has now become a crucial part of listing. Michael has also been involved in the field for almost 10 years now while his concentration has been renovating and redesigning homes.

“Through the past ten years, I have purchased, renovated and sold a number of homes. From these transactions, the most important element, from a buyer’s standpoint, is their first impression. I have learned to paint, design and stage to make that first impression sell and am happy to now be able to share that concept.”, Michael Verdugo

“ Many homes in South Florida are designed with a traditional setting in mind, which I appreciate and have done myself, but recently I see a movement towards very simple modern loft style design as a sought after look. I have learned to try to incorporate that idea into many places, even into traditional settings for an eclectic look.” Michael Verdugo.

In addition to their experience, Michael and David offer perfectionism to their clients. Anyone close to them knows that everything has its’ own place and should always be placed there.
